Due to no finances I am offline for the near futrure. The only time I can get online is if I can get to my sisters or the library. With it being school holidays here the library computers are FULL of kids. They are booked up until Wednesday this week. I have a booking for one then. If I can, I will let you know how I am doing. But I cant promise anything. I am going to miss you all like crazy. Thanks to all of you who helped me stay online as long as I have. Without you I would have been offline months ago.

Be good. And dont forget to cheer for Tony for me. I cant even get into the chatroom during the race now :(

Take care my friends.

Well, seems like all I do is post when something isn't right. But my life is so boring most of the time, that I just cant think of things to say.

Anyway, since Saturday it has been getting hotter and hotter here. According to our Met office we were hotter here today, then some parts of Miami!! I hate being too hot. Being fat I feel the heat a lot.

Sunday we went up to Fleetwood. There was a vintage vehicle rally there, and as Clive and I are both interested in that sort of stuff, we wanted to go. Here's a pic of some of the trams that run where I live. The rally we went to is called Tram sunday. Because they get out all the old trams, and some of them are made up like boats, rockets etc.

They show all sorts of old vehicles at the rally. Here's a few more pics.

Also went to a really nice craft village. Marsh Mill. Nice little tea shop there, that serves fruit tea. Nice.

They also have a model club there. Watched, and helped with these for an hour or so.

Guess that'll do for now. Probably bored you stupid by now.

I have a very sore throat. It feels like tonsillitis. They said at the hospital, that since I had that really bad bout, I might be more susceptible. As if I wasn't susceptible already!!! Anyway, i have some mouth wash and some tablets left over from when I was discharged from the hospital. I am going to use some of them. Hopefully they will stop it if it IS tonsillitis.

Took all the pics off my daughters phone today. She doesn't have a card reader, andshe has lost the cable to attach it to the computer. Some of these pic are SO cute. I know they may not be the clearest ones ever, but you can still see what needs to be seen :)

My grandaughter Cora. She just learned to say "get down" and was going around telling everyone to get down!!

This horse is made out of sand, and was built in our local shopping centre (mall) one weekend.

My son, Allan, and his neice Cora. He adores her, and she loves him to bits. She actually learned to say his name before she could say the name of her brother and sister!! She calles him Lala.

You may or may not know that the football (soccer) World Cup is on at the moment, and England qualified this year (as they do every year i think). My grandson, Ben, supports his national team with much pride. Her is Ben, Leigha, and Cora all supporting the England team during their first match.

Dont ask!!! All I know is that its Cora!

Hope some of those made you smile.

Clive has been put onto a new med for his RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) Its called Ropinarole. Its helping a little. Its on a tapered dose. He started off on a white tablet (0.25mg) three times a day. Then last week he moved up to a yelow tablet (0.5mg) three times a day. Now this week he is up to the white and yellow tabs together (0.75mg) 3 times a day. Next week he goes onto a green tab at 1mg a go. When he changes dose he gets pretty bad heartburn for two days. We told the doc and he said it was quite normal.

We are in a heatwave here. Way too hot for me. Puts me in a real bad mood when I am too hot. Even the dogs think its too hot, they are all lying in the living room, staying out of the sun.

Well, my life is so boring, I have had nothing to post about. We couldn't continue with the decorating, as I wasn't feeling too good. I thought I might be getting tonsillitis again, it wasn't, it was an infected gum. But that's better now, so we will carry on with the decorating. In fact, we have done almost all of the back half of the living room now. There is just my computer corner to do. But that involves disconnecting everything, moving everything of my shelves, taking the shelves down, moving my computer cupboard out of the alcove, taking everything off the walls, stripping the last of the hideous stripy paper from the walls, filling all the holes and stuff. Then sanding and repainting the walls. Not much there is there?

Okay. The first pic shows the back wall, where the window is, and the side wall. Please forgive the mess. We haven't got round to putting everything away yet. But one of my favourite items I own is on view here. The black car you can see is a hackney carriage, known as a black cab, and is the type of taxi you would see in London, and many other cities in England. I used to drive one of those (not in London, but in Stoke) and I love them. The one you see is actually a lamp.

Okay, next pic is of the opposite side wall. The one behind me when I am sitting at my computer.
The painting on the wall on the left was done by Clives brother Keith, and is of the town where their father lived. We actually have two paintings by Keith the other one, which would normally sit on the side wall in the first picture, is of a reservoir near to where we used to live in Stoke. I will put a pic of that up when we put everything back on the walls.

But here is a closer view of the pic of Greenfield. Keith paints in a very Lowryesque way when it comes to views of towns and villages. I couldn't find a position where there wasn't a reflection on the pic. Oh well.

Okay. So, the last pic is of my computer corner, which is always in a mess. I know where things are all the time, but if I tidy up I lose things!! In this pic you can see the awful stripy paper. Everything is dusty because we had just been sanding down the side wall next to the computer desk ready to paint it. You can also see why we left this corner to last. It is so full of stuff its going to take forever just to empty the corner!! You can also see into the froont half of the living room. The colours all go so well. It is much more relaxing in here now. I think we made a good choice on the colours. I'm happy with how well its gone so far.

Of course, the other good news for me was that Tony won on Sunday! WHOOHOOOOOOOOOO. Yes, I am a happy girl over that. He needed that win. Not just for the points, but for his own self-confidence. He needed to know he could win again, after the lousy few weeks he's had lately. Tony is well on his way to a third championship if he carries on this way. I cant help it. I support my boy!!!

Fair day and be well.
